“ It is old schooled in Sun Wah Restaurant, which serves its Hong Kong styled breakfast unchanged for decades. Popular menu items are their satay beef over ramen, ham in soupy macaroni and pan fried eggs. Its milk tea really lives up to its name. I ordered the Singaporean fried rice noodle on their lunch menu. To finish the meal I also had their famous egg tart in puff pastry, it is about two times kore expensive than common egg tarts at $10, but I think it is worth it. I was lucky that they just came out with a whole tray of oven fresh egg tarts when I ordered and it is nothing less than heavenly. Finally I asked for chilli oil to go with my noodles and it was spicy enough; what a pleasant surprise! ”

“ i was here for lunch but i know there's lot of people coming here for their egg tart (wait, that's my dessert part). i had a regular lunch set here as pork chop rice. it's a full and meaty meal, very good enough for the rest of the day. the pork chop was chopped so i didn't bother to cut and cut again, that's lovely. it also came with a sausage - old style that it's deep fried a little, very tasty! this place has a balcony which is very old hong kong style. the stairs is quite steep so be careful when you walk. a large picture hanged there was beautiful. ok, so let's go to the dessert part - the egg tart was indeed very nice. the filling was full and smooth, medium sweetness. layered pastry could be seen and it guaranteed the skill of the chef. this is definitely the thing they're proud of. follow me on ig: food.n.cats.not1less ”
“ Tried both different type of egg tart I am not big fans of 酥皮 egg tart but I would like to say it’s good 曲奇皮 egg tart is good but I am disappointed as the staff intend to pick up the broken edge tart to me Coffee is ok but would be great if it is more warm. Price not cheap based on size of the coffee but if you love egg tart (like me), you should come to try ”
